Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for R25-45 Community Planning Services Support.

The District delivers a broad range of municipal services to over 30,000 residents. Squamish continues to experience the highest growth of that in the Sea to Sky region. The District is focused on supporting housing affordability and achieving identified housing targets to address incremental population growth as well as existing housing and community development needs over time.

The District is seeking a qualified, professional planning consultant, to enter into a contract on an “as, if and when needed” basis, to supplement in-house planning capabilities, and provide a range of services to support service delivery of the Current Planning and Long-range Policy Planning teams.
