Description

British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("BC Hydro") invites Proposals for the following: RFP Title: Dam Safety Reviews RFP Number: 23447 Conduct Dam Safety Reviews (DSR) by suitably qualified, experienced professional engineers on an “as required basis” for BC Hydro dams located in British Columbia (BC), Canada. DSRs done in a particular year are typically required to be completed by March 31 of the following year. The scope of each DSR shall cover all aspects of each dam, including the reservoir rim, the spillway, the plunge pool, and all water conveyance structures, including all points of flow controls up to and including the turbine inlet valves. Inspections of the interior of the water passages are typically not included in the scope of each DSR.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (3) years, which may be extended for up to (2) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (5) years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.
