Completed Bid Forms with the required bid bond, consents of surety to provide project bonding, and all supplementary bid submission material shall be delivered to the office of the Consultant in a sealed envelope no later than 1400h on December 15, 2025 and addressed as follows:

.3 Installation of wall joint sealants.
.4 Exterior wall waterproofing and associated work including removal and replacement of existing plaza finishes

A mandatory bid meeting will be held on site at 10:00h on December , 2025 for the benefit of all bidders. Bidders should meet outside the Lululemon at Mountain Square.
