Description

Lakeland College requires an international student recruitment and agent management collaborator for the Indian subcontinent. A collaborator is needed to assist and progress prospective students through the application process, through to arriving on campus. This would encompass working with sub-agents, direct applications, and the Lakeland College Student Services team to provide guidance and communication to facilitate students moving through the enrolment funnel. The collaborator will be required to be knowledgeable in Lakeland College’s programs, application process, and Canadian post-secondary landscape. The collaborator will also need to maintain awareness of Lakeland College’s policies and procedures, and Canadian immigration policy, regarding study permit requirements and post-graduate work permits. The collaborator will need to be able to clearly communicate in English with Lakeland College staff, sub-agents, and students, or another language if preferred and agreed upon. Lakeland College requires a collaborator who can communicate with various stakeholders (Lakeland College, sub-agents, students), keep clear records, and provide regular updates on the status of applications or relationships. Relationship building with agents and students is integral to ensuring enrolment sustainability.
