Subject to this NPP, the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) intends to add additional scopes to our current agreement with McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. for additional reserves analysis. The AER deems McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. the uniquely qualified candidate to perform these services due to the incredibly tight timelines for delivery that are required for this work. McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd. already have access to the datasets needed for this work and are familiar with the current reserves and resources evaluation and analysis work that has been taking place over the past year to ensure these additional scope items can be delivered in a short time frame and align with the previously completed work. ** Delivery of all data and reports by January 9, 2026 **
