The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract with B.C. Pavilion Corporation (“PavCo”) to supply, install and commission new Food and Beverage equipment at BC Place Stadium (“BC Place”)

The Contractor’s scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Supply, installation, and commissioning services of food and beverage equipment ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and adherence to local codes and requirements;
• Apply and secure all necessary electrical permits required for the installation;
• Submission of detailed work schedule within ten (10) working days of contract award, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and resource assignments;
• Commissioning and verification of proper operations of the installed equipment.
• Next business day service support during the minimum one-year installation warranty;
• Local support technician access on a time and materials basis for FIFA during the Tournament Period May 14, 2026 until July 7, 2026. This technical support may be next business day or immediate response (within 4 hours);
• Compliance with WorkSafeBC and BC Place safety requirements;
• Submission of quality assurance documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and as-built drawings;
• Coordinating with Sodexo and PavCo to train users on all system operation and maintenance of the installed equpment; and
• Completion of installation, commissioning and achievement of Ready-for-Takeover under the Contract by April 15, 2026, with all deficiencies resolved and Total Performance of the Work (as defined in the Contract) by April 30, 2026.
