Public Service Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of backcountry ski and equipment including delivery located in Stephenville, Newfoundland Labrador, Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirements.
