The Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (the Ministry) is seeking interested service providers to submit a Response for the opportunity to deliver Community-based Employment Services (CBES).
CBES are intended to provide Participants with pre-employment support. Participants are eligible to receive CBES if they are legally eligible to work in Canada and are experiencing one or more barriers to employment, specifically related to homelessness, substance use, or mental health issues.
