Description

The Province invites formal written proposals for the modular construction, delivery, off-loading of units onto pilings, setup, and commissioning of a 14’ (w) x 30’ (l) with a 8’(w) x 19.5’ (l) covered porch tower observation cabin and a 10’ (w) x 20’ (l) engine/communications combination building and a 4’ (w) x 4’ (l) privy, to be located at the Bison Wildfire Observation Tower. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan, plumbing, electrical, construction and elevation drawings, as well as pile layout requirements for the building. The buildings must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by March 31, 2026.

As installation of the buildings on-site requires winter road access, as long as the winter road is built by a 3rd party (not guaranteed) the Province will provide winter road access. This access will be confirmed by the Province by February 1, 2026. In the event the winter road is not built by a 3rd party and the Province has not confirmed winter road access by February 1, 2026. the Contractor will deliver the buildings to the Peace River Forestry Warehouse and the Contract will be revised to remove the installation and commissioning portion of the Contract.
