Description

The District of Sooke (the “District”) is looking for a Contractor to deliver Janitorial Services for its following District office locations:
a) District of Sooke Municipal Hall, 2205 Otter Point Road, Sooke, BC;
b) Parks and Environmental Services Buildings, 2070 and 2080 Kaltasin Road, Sooke, BC; and
c) Wastewater Treatment Plant (Administrative Building only), 7113 West Coast Road, Sooke, BC.

A Proponents’ meeting with a site visit will be held at each of the three locations:
On December 3, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at the District of Sooke Municipal Hall located at 2205 Otter Point Road,
On December 3, 2025, 10:45 a.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 7113 W Coast Rd, and
On December 3, 2025,, 11:30 a.m. at the Parks and Environmental Services Buildings, located at 2070 and 2080 Kaltasin Road.
Attendance is optional.
