This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority
(“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the Installation of a Thermal
Gradient Header and replacement of rooftop HVAC equipment at the Rehab Building at Nanaimo General Hospital,
1200 Dufferin Crescent, Nanaimo, BC V9S 2B7 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, installation
of new piping, controls, and electrical connections for a new Thermal Gradient Header as well as replacement of
rooftop exhaust fans and an air handling unit.
