Description

The Province is seeking proposals for the delivery of Employer Services to support employers with finding and retaining appropriate staff to meet their present and future workforce demands. The Projects from this RFP will act as an Employer Concierge to help employers:
• Better understand the skills and qualifications required for the roles in their organizations;
• Consider potential candidates that they might not have considered for those roles, such as persons with disabilities, youth, mature workers, and immigrants;
• Be more efficient in their hiring, onboarding, training and retention processes;
• Collaborate to better understand the labour market; and
• Create a greater awareness of government supports and community resources to support their employees.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) will procure four (4) or more contracts for the delivery of Employer Services in South Zone. It is anticipated that there will be at least one contract in each of the following locations:
• Red Deer
• Calgary
• Lethbridge
• Medicine Hat
