The Contractor shall provide the following Services on an area of approximately 316 ha:

• monitor the performance of the Planting Contractor for compliance with the terms and conditions of the Planting Contract; and notify the Ministry Representative of any contraventions.
• act as a liaison between the Planting Contractor and the Ministry Representative
• perform pre-planting site inspections and layout, as requested by the Ministry Representative;
• perform Planting pay plots and Regen/Stocking plots utilizing the same plot centre;
• perform reefer, FIST, and planter stock handling and care including temperature testing and moisture assessment.
• schedule, record and conduct individual block Pre-works to review potential safety issues, treatment, request keys, species, density, best micro sites and seedling allocation;
• maintain a planting daily record and daily diary of all activities, which will include observations of Planting Contractor performance, specifically but not limited to: species mixes, densities, and productivity, contraventions of the Planting Contract, weather conditions and any significant conversations with the Planting Contractor respecting the performance of work under the Planting
