Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet Keith Chukwueke and/or Jason Scharf at 2464 Sheffield Road, Ottawa, Ontario K1B 4E5. For mandatory site visits, Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
