Description

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for providing Cafeteria Service Operations at our Cranbrook Campus located at 2700 College Way in Cranbrook, BC.


We’re looking for a food service provider who can deliver:
· Fast, budget-friendly options for students on the go — think fries, chicken tenders, breakfast items, soup, sandwiches, salads, pizza by the slice, wraps, and snacks.
· Flexible pricing: No rent; instead, a royalty model based on sales volume.
· Creative and quality offerings that reflect current food trends and dietary needs.
· Sustainable practices, including local sourcing and eco-friendly packaging.

Our campus serves ~1,400 students, with 200 students living on campus in student housing, plus staff and community members. The cafeteria is a central hub and we want it to be affordable, quick, and welcoming.

Recommended Site Visit at 3:00 pm (Mountain Daylight Time) on Friday, November 21, 2025 in the front entrance of the cafeteria at the College of the Rockies Main Campus in Cranbrook, BC.
