CONTRACTING AUTHORITY AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2025-12-03 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

Commercial Realty Services
Public Services And Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals for one (1) Real Estate Agents with professional experience in commercial real estate, for the marketing and sale of the Government of Canada properties located at 440-462 King Street West in Kingston, Ontario. The properties are to be sold in “as-is” condition and with recognition of Heritage by-laws and designations. An optional site visit will be held on 18th November 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM.
