Description

This ACAN cancels and supersedes the previous request for proposal number WS4929595932 (21C11-243116) for non-moulded chair foam dated 2025-07-21 with a closing of 2025-08-22 at 2pm EDT.
An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a SO or contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in making an offer, by submitting a statement of capabilities.
More specifically, the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of its client, Correctional Service Canada (CSC) - CORCAN has a requirement to establish one (1) National Individual Standing Offer (NISO), in accordance with the requirement in the ACAN published. This requirement is for the supply and delivery of cushioning material made from expanded ?exible urethane foam of either ?at slab, sculpted slab or molded construction, on an as-and-when requested basis, at various CORCAN facilities across Canada. There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation must be submitted on or before November 25th, 2025 by 2:00pm EST. All statement of capabilities submitted after the deadline may not be reviewed. The ACAN can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account.
