Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for 16’ and 18’ foot Enclosed Trailers and related items in accordance with Supply Arrangement E60HP-19TRLR/HP.

This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) E60HP-19TRLR. All the deliverables must be received on or before 2026/03/31.

To implement the Policy in RFPs, in the Tender Notice contracting officers are to:

• Identify any applicable trade agreements as per the usual process.
• In the description field of the tender notice, include one of the following statements:
o If the Policy applies: “Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers (if subject to any international trade agreement (s): and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner).”
o If the Policy, does not apply: Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner are eligible for this solicitation of bids.
