The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for 16’ and 18’ foot Enclosed Trailers and related items in accordance with Supply Arrangement E60HP-19TRLR/HP.
This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) E60HP-19TRLR. If you wish to become a pre-qualified

All the deliverables must be received on or before 2026/03/31.
To implement the Policy in RFPs, in the Tender Notice contracting officers are to:
• Identify any applicable trade agreements as per the usual process.
• In the description field of the tender notice, include one of the following statements:
o If the Policy applies: “Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open only to Canadian suppliers (if subject to any international trade agreement (s): and to Suppliers
of an applicable trading partner).”
o If the Policy, does not apply: Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner
are eligible for this solicitation of bids.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is committed to promoting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste as per the Policy
on Green Procurement, the Greening Government Strategy: A Government of Canada Directive, and the Ocean Plastics Charter. (select as appropriate Bidders/Offerors/Suppliers) are encouraged to
use environmentally preferable packaging for all packaged goods to be delivered to the end user as part of this procurement.
