Description

The Ministry of Health is seeking Proposals from Proponents capable of hosting virtual public hearings for the Health Professions Disciplinary Tribunal. The services will require the Contractor to have resources capable of performing hearing management and hearing clerk functions. The Contractor will also be required to provide the virtual hearing platform to host the hearings.
The Services the Contractor will be required to carry out include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Pre-hearing registration;
• Communication to the public including: distribution of links to the virtual hearing;
• IT support (i.e. assisting hearing participants and the public to access the virtual hearing);
• Hearing management support;
• Manage screen sharing;
• Secure custom landing page for each hearing;
• Create video & audio recording, and transcripts;
• Break out room management;
• Services will be performed virtually from the Contractor’s place of business. In person services throughout BC may be required at the request of the Ministry.
