The Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis requires the services of two researchers with experience in survey research and qualitative data analysis to collaborate with each
other in conducting analyses of open-ended survey questions.
The Evaluation Services Consultants will be required to collaborate with each other to generate written reports using data provided for two unique projects. The scope of each project may
include but is not limited to the following requirements:
• Qualitative data analysis of open-ended survey question content using qualitative content analysis, without using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.
• Quantitative data analyses including simple statistical analyses (e.g., frequencies, proportion differences tests)
• Written report on research and analysis services (e.g., qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc.), while ensuring the data is organized according to user requirements (e.g., parsing out
differences by sub-groups of interest)
