Description

1. The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for Request for Proposal 1 x Subject Matter Expert For Canadian joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) JWES Wargaming, and we are inviting you to provide quotes.

2. If you intend to bid:

a. Complete and sign the Bid Solicitation Cover Page and return to this email address;

b. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS

c. Read the security requirements noted in the Security Requirements Checklist (Signed SRCL) attached.

e. Section 4.2 table is for information only. No action required.

f. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS

g. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name.

h. Fill out Appendix A to Annex A

i. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B

j. Fill out Annex D, Non disclosure agreement.

k. Fill out all appendixes and attachments 1 to 6 in Part 8

l. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 15 November 2025
