This Project consists of the design, supply and installation of modular bridge housing units, intended to provide safe, temporary accommodations for individuals experiencing homelessness.

The facility shall be constructed to meet the operational requirements of year-round occupancy in a cold climate, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and comfort under extreme weather conditions.
The modular units will be prefabricated, transported, and installed on a prepared gravel pad, serving as transitional housing until permanent housing becomes available.



The lowest Tender or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
