Notice to suppliers: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Amendment to response deadline closing time: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All offer submissions must be submitted by 20 November 2025, by 2:00pm EST. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading of one (1) Mobile Loading Ramp to the 3 Canadian Division Support Base (3CDSB), located at the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Shilo in Manitoba.
