Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for the provision of “Pearson Subdivision Guideway Engineering Study”.

Metrolinx is a Crown agency of the Government of Ontario under the Metrolinx Act, 2006, reporting to the Ministry of Transportation. It was created to improve the coordination and integration of all modes of transportation in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). The Metrolinx mandate includes delivering the best possible transportation services today while leading the way to an even better, more convenient service tomorrow; making the best possible use of public transportation investment dollars; and measurably improving the quality of life in the region.

The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals from Proponents. The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of this Request Document.

Mandatory Site/Information Meeting
Proponents shall attend a mandatory site/information meeting as follows:
All Proponents, their employees, agents, and Subvendors, shall execute a “Release of Liability Form” provided for in the Attachments, to the Procurement Representative by November 06, 2025 @ 4PM, prior to the commencement of the mandatory site meeting in order to access the site. Date and Time November 08, 2025 @ 08:00 a.m. – 14:00 p.m. Toronto, Ontario Time
Location 6211 Goreway Dr., Mississauga ON L4V 1L2
Parking: In the parking lot directly as you enter
Job briefing starts at 08:05am
Directions Both directions on Curve 1 and 6 East and West Tracks.
a. Walking starts on West Track West track mile 1.72
b. Walking Direction: South towards to the terminal 
c. Walking end location: mile 0.1, then walking backwards on East track to mile 1.72
Instructions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements: PPE are mandatory for all site visitors, PPE must comply with the latest Metrolinx Personal Protective Equipment Standard.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Proponents who possess the required experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract.



Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
