Description

The Township is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for the lease of approximately 12 acres of farmland located at the Burnley Pit referred to as Roll No. 14-50-116-070-08005-0000, being described as Part Lot 6, Concession 8, on Registered Plan 39R-278 including Parts 3 and 4 on Registered Plan 39R-278, for a term of five (5) years, commencing January 1st, 2026 and expiring on December 31st, 2030.
The Land is to be used for agricultural purposes in accordance with the Township’s official plan and zoning regulations for the prescribed lands.
