Scope of Work/Overview: Requesting to reconfigure the shipping and receiving area to maximize the space available. Remove the offices and create a dedicated space for the processing of GC surplus and disposal items. Remove/demo walls - lighting upgrade - etc. Consultant to evaluate space completing a Technical Investigation of the space with recommendations for efficiency of the space. Electrical work will be required to relocate existing lines and possible LAN lines. Assess the space and deliver a more functional and efficient workplace for the Tenant, in alignment with the GC Workplace Standards Guide.
