Policy on Reciprocal Procurement:
This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.
Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This standing offer does not include security requirements.
Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Learning and Development Division is looking for an offeror who can provide food catering services for recruits attending the Correctional Training
Program at the Correctional Learning and Development Centre (CLDC) located at 5500 Boulevard Lévesque Est, Laval (QC) H7C 1N7.
Objectives: The Offeror must provide three (3) meals per day for approximately thirty-two (32) recruits per cohort. CSC estimates that up to three (3) cohorts will take place annually. This
cohort number is subject to change depending on CSC"s needs.
Deliverables: Deliver complete, individual meals that can be reheated in a microwave oven.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed from the date of award to January 1st ,2027.
