Description

This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents for targeted replacement of existing windows at the Acute Care Wing of Saanich Peninsula Hospital, 2166 Mt Newton X Rd, Saanichton, BC V8M 2B2 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing aluminum-frame windows, including flashing, and installation of new aluminum-frame windows, including metal flashing and trim. To ensure minimal disruption to patient care, the work will be executed in a phased manner, the window replacements will be scheduled on a per-room basis. Following the initial installation, testing will be conducted to verify performance and quality standards before proceeding with subsequent phases of the project.
