Description

The NVRC invites detailed Proposals from Technical Theatre, stagecraft, millwright, construction consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in theatre rigging systems, BC building code for stages and general knowledge for the provision of repairs and replacements of Centennial Theatre rigging systems. Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal.

A Mandatory site/information meeting is scheduled for October 30th 2025, at 10 am for the NVRC to discuss its requirements under this RFP. Bidders must attend in order to familiarize themselves with the required scope of Services and as to the site conditions. A Bidder not attending the site meeting will be disqualified and their proposal will not be accepted. Bidders are to wait outside of the employee entrance area of the facility at their assigned time.
