Description

The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) is seeking to modernize its facilities maintenance operations and enhance the management of city properties, improve preventative maintenance practices and streamline work order and service request processes through the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solution. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the City intends to create a shortlist of up to three qualified firms with the expertise to supply, implement, and support a CMMS solution that meets the needs of the City’s Facilities, Parks, and Properties Department and subsequently invite them to provide a scripted demonstration and submit a firm-priced proposal.
