Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified civil constructor to enter into a Civil Installation agreement with Foothills County for the supply of materials and installation of the underground conduit and vaults. Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of services and materials. Foothills County seeks a Proponent to provide material and civil installation services to install approximately 7.5 kilometers of 32mm HDPE underground duct at a minimum depth of 1 meter below grade, as well as the installation of 9 vaults along the HDPE placement route.
