Description

The City is currently using NetApp storage infrastructure to support its NetApp Network Attached Storage (NAS) storage needs. The intent of this RFP is to seek an experienced NetApp authorized provider of NetApp NAS infrastructure, services and maintenance for The City. The authorized reseller will be responsible to provide:

• Recurring NetApp maintenance and support;
• On demand NetApp equipment;
• Coordination with OEM for Planned, and recurring services;
• On demand NetApp software licenses and support;
• Return Materials Authorization (RMA) of defective equipment.

The Proponents must be able to demonstrate they are authorized by NetApp for the provision of hardware and software products, and maintenance.
