Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of upgrading the lift station with an owner supplied submersible pump, a new control panel, connecting to the existing forcemain, and all related work, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025 by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:

Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.

Tender opening method:

A virtual opening of tenders will take place immediately following the close of the tendering period. A meeting invitation will be sent to all general contractors that have submitted a bid and contacted the persons as mentioned above.

Tender submission method:

Contractors can submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. In addition, sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents can be delivered at the following location before the above stated date and time:

A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Municipality of Three Rivers must accompany each tender.

No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
