Description

Notice is hereby given by B.C. Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (BCIB) of its intent to utilize a local specialized consulting service to provide Project advisory and strategic services to the BCIB senior management as and when required, on a per hour basis from:

360 Consulting Ltd.

Estimated Value: $60,000 per annum.
Hourly rate: $225/hour, including approved expenses.
Frequency: As and when required.
Term: An initial three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years, in one-year (1) increments.

Objections to this decision must contact BCIB Procurement by written email before the closing date and time November 07, 2025, at 14:30 PST. Objections should clearly indicate how the vendor can meet the needs described in section 4, rationale, presenting in writing a detailed explanation of the services and other specific reasons for their objections. BCIB will determine if any objections received will result in a competition for this opportunity; BCIB’s decision in this regard will be final.
