Description

BC Assessment is requesting information from interested parties for the purchase and/or lease of vehicle mounted photography equipment to capture street-front photos of residential properties. In addition, BC Assessment is interested in learning if the same vendor organization has the capability to process photos captured by its staff. At this time, BC Assessment is interested in obtaining information from vendors who can preferably provide both the equipment and the processing service, however, receiving information from parties who can only provide the equipment or the processing would also be valuable.
The intention of this Request for Information (RFI) is to:

• Communicate to the vendor community BC Assessment’s interest in potentially procuring or leasing vehicle mounted photography equipment and photo processing services;
• Gather information to build BC Assessment’s understanding of features and functionalities available in the photographic equipment;
• Gather information that could assist BC Assessment in the development of a future procurement process;
• Determine ballpark pricing to be used for budgetary purposes; and
• Determine the level of market interest.
