Description

The City is seeking an engineering consulting team, led by a firm prequalified in the Water Management or Hydraulic Structures disciplines under RFPQ 06-006 for engineering and architectural services, for the design and regulatory permitting of a river ice boom system to be installed near the Bearspaw RAW2 intake. The Consultant will support The City in delivering a complete design package, securing all necessary approvals, and preparing the project for construction procurement. The team will also support The City with the construction support services.

This project anticipates the following Phases:
• Phase 1: Project Management;
• Phase 2: Background Review;
• Phase 3: Site Investigation;
• Phase 4: Preliminary Design;
• Phase 5: Detailed Design;
• Phase 6: Construction Procurement Preparation; and
• Phase 7: Construction Administration Services.
