This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Organizational Structure Review of Recreation, Parks and Culture

The County requires an experienced and qualified consulting firm to provide professional services to conduct a comprehensive review of the service delivery model, staffing model and organizational structure of the County’s Recreation, Parks and Culture (RPC) department. Goals of the review include identifying strengths and gaps in the service delivery and staffing models and identifying recommended changes to the organization of functions and services which enhance overall effectiveness and impact of services.
