Summary Details
Notice is hereby given by BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA), of its intent to extend the following contract.

• C22FSA00158 – The Little Dev Shop Inc.
• The Little Dev Shop Inc. (TLDS) was the successful proponent from Request for Proposal (RFP) ON-0001960 - BCFSA Website Design and Maintenance. The original contract term was from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023 with one option to extend for a further one year and a contract value of $300,000. The extension was exercised in December 2023 without increasing the contract value. As of September 2024, approximately $67,000 remained and the contract was further extended without additional funding.
  
  TLDS has consistently delivered high-quality, responsive, and strategic website maintenance services, including but not limited to:
• Managing and resolving service requests
• Planning and deploying new features and fixes
• Incident response and resolution
• Implementing enhancements aligned with BCFSA’s evolving needs.
• The BCFSA website is a mission-critical platform that serves as the primary communication channel for consumers, regulated entities, and industry . It provides essential regulatory information and resources that support compliance and transparency. Any disruption or transition in website support services poses a significant risk to BCFSA’s operations and client service.
  
  Given TLDS’s proven track record, deep familiarity with BCFSA’s digital infrastructure, and ability to deliver timely and effective solutions, BCFSA has determined that extending the contract is the most prudent and cost-effective approach to help ensure continuity of service and mitigate operational risk.
  
  Therefore, BCFSA intends to extend the contract for an additional term of one year with three further options to extend for 12 months each.
