Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a four year Contract valued at approximately $4,500,000 CAD to Softchoice LP for the renewal of Microsoft licensing under the updated Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) framework

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection including documentation demonstrating that they meet the requirements and criteria set out above. This is to be addressed for the attention of Michael Perra by email to procurementTDT@crd.bc.ca before 11:45pm Pacific Time, October 25, 2025. CRD will review any and all issues received by this date and assess each objection against the criteria. This assessment will be kept on file. If an objection is justified, a competitive process will be undertaken. For any objections that are rejected, CRD will provide reasons why the objection did not satisfy the needs of CRD in this procurement.
