Description

The North Red Deer River Water Services Commission (the “Commission”) is extending its regional transmission system to provide the Ermineskin Cree Nation (ECN) with a safe, continuous supply of potable water. As part of this landmark initiative, the Commission must acquire a series of permanent easements, fee‑simple parcels, and temporary workspaces along the project corridor. The Commission is therefore soliciting Proposals from qualified Real Property Appraisal Firms to provide independent market‑value appraisals, appraisal reviews, and related advisory services necessary to establish fair compensation for landowners; support land‑acquisition negotiations and, if required, expropriation proceedings; and satisfy provincial funding‑partner due‑diligence requirements.
