Description

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) to prospective new Bidders to find qualified vendors who will become part of a Vendor of Record (VOR) roster to mechanical maintenance services for Region of Peel Water Treatment Facilities.

OCWA intends to enter into the Master Agreement with up to six legal entities. The term of the Master Agreement will be up to March 31, 2027, with the possibility of a two-year extension.

The purposes of this RFB:
• Invite new Bidders to join OCWA VOR. A new bidder is a Bidder that is not an Existing Vendor under the Current VOR Arrangement.
• Vendors that submitted a Bid for the original RFB, which was issued on Jaggaer on October February 10, 2023, are eligible to submit a Bid for this RFB.
• Any entity that had entered into a VOR Arrangement Master Agreement under RFB22-113 but had said Master Agreement terminated is not eligible to submit a Bid under this RFB. Any Bid submitted by any such Bidder shall be disqualified.
