Description

PSPC has a requirement to establish multiple Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISOs) for marine design project work, including inspection, planning and design, and construction support services, on an “as and when requested basis” throughout Nova Scotia.Number of RISOs: up to 5.
Ranking methodology: proportional basis.
Duration: 3 years.
Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
There is no security requirement.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
