The Municipal District of Bighorn No. 8 (“the MD”) invites proposals through this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) for an external engineering company (the “Respondent”) to provide third-party review engineer services to the Planning and Development Services Department for the review and approval of engineered drawings, utility rights-of-way drawings, professional assessments, and technical studies that support Development Permit, Subdivision, and planning-related Bylaw applications submitted by landowners or applicants for the approval of development upon privately-owned lands within the jurisdictional authority of the MD.
