NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of items and service for the Underwater Testing Target (UTT) to calibrate, test, and evaluate the functionality of LFA
sensors currently in service and those to be delivered by other procurements. This requirement will deliver autonomous mobile and static targets through the acquisition of proven, already
fielded Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and/or Militarized Commercial Off the Shelf (MilCOTS) target technology.
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on
contracts awarded to former public servants.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
