This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design and Build – Outdoor Bandshell at Cobble Hill Common – Area C

On July 11, 2025 a Request for Supplier Qualification was issued by the CVRD and a Stage One (1) Pre-Qualification selection process completed.

This Design Build RFP constitutes the second stage (Stage 2) of the two-stage process: Stage 2 invites prequalified Contractors to provide a detailed technical and financial proposal on the design and construction of the project.

The CVRD only accepts proposals from the following three (3) pre-qualified Contractors from Stage 1 – Prequalification process:

• MKM Projects Ltd.
