Description

British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of Prime Consultant Services for the construction of a new accessible washroom that will be located on the ground floor of Building NW03 on the Burnaby Campus.

A feasibility study will be produced by the Prime Consultant for BCIT"s internal approval prior to proceeding to the remaining design and construction phases of the project.

A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 10:00am local time. Prospective proponents and their subconsultants are invited to attend the site visit. Kindly submit your Site Visit Confirmation form to procurement and copy to Judy Wong by October 16, 2025.
