Event Note

Respondents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to view the building exterior only, to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4.1 of RFQ document. A maximum of two representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the main entrance of the 100 East While Hills Road, St. John’s, NL. Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representatives including sub-consultants, to the procurement specialist (Crystal.Yan@bgis.com) by October 14, 2025 before 2PM to be authorized to access the site. The pre-registration email must include the full name and RCMP Reliability Clearance number of each site attendee. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. For mandatory site visits, Respondents are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
