Description

Work of this Contract comprises of repairs to and addition of fire dampers and additional fire damper access hardware at the John Cabot Building, St. John"s, NL, as further described below.
.2 Fire damper repairs including making fusible links removable and reinstating rated assemblies around existing dampers in identified locations.
.3 Install new fire dampers and accessories in locations where none currently exist, but are required by code.
.4 Install new access doors to enable access for inspection and testing of existing dampers that are not currently readily accessible.
.5 Provide signage for existing fire dampers that are not required by code.
.6 Relocate services including chilled water piping and electrical conduits to enable access to dampers.
.7 Provide cutting and patching as required for access to complete work.
.8 Provide installation/static and functional testing commissioning services, and operator training as indicated in the specifications.
.9 Provide project closeout documentation including O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and equipment data forms as indicated.
