Description

The Parking Lot Paving Project at the Creston & District Community Complex aims to enhance the safety, usability, and longevity of the facility’s outdoor infrastructure.

The scope of work includes:
• Removal and Replacement of approximately 8470 sq feet of existing asphalt to a depth of 787 m2 with grading to ensure proper slope toward all catch basins for effective drainage.
• Disposal of all removed asphalt and construction debris in accordance with environmental and municipal regulations.
• Edge Sealing to integrate the new pavement with existing asphalt surfaces, ensuring a smooth transition and preventing water infiltration.


This project supports the organization"s commitment to maintaining high-quality public infrastructure and improving accessibility and safety for all users of the Creston & District Community Complex.

The RDCK is seeking Quotes for a Contract to supply the Services herein described on or before October
