Description

The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Proposals, in accordance with the procurement and contracting requirements described in this document, from firms interested in providing, Environmental Emergency (E2) Compliance Consultant Services for the Leduc – Food Processing Plant. The purpose of this engagement is to retain an external consultant to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive E2 Compliance Program. The work will require close coordination with Alberta Infrastructure (AI), Alberta Agriculture and Irrigation (AGI), and BGIS (Total Property Management provider), who collectively share operational responsibilities at the site.
